Install info:

The map is in .dat format. Simply create the following folders if they do not already exist on your computer,  or place it where all your other dat files are. 

Find your AvP2 directory,  the default is C:\Program Files\Fox\AvP2

Inside your Aliens vs Predator 2 folder,  create a folder,  name it CUSTOM

inside it, create a folder, name it WORLDS

inside it, create a folder, name it CUSTOM

should look like this:

AVP2\CUSTOM\WORLDS\CUSTOM

place the .dat file in the last folder.  Launch the game. 

You do not need any command line with the folders created like this.  The game expects the .dat files placed here by default.

Original Design:  If it looks fairly familiar,  its cause a large chunk is from the sample map that shipped with the tools,  with a fair amount of alterations and additions architecturally, but the main focus was the AI again.  All the AI volumes, nodes, triggers,  lifts, NPC characters, object placements, and gameplay dynamics  were done by me.

The QUICK details:

This is not an official missions mod map. (If reviewers could refrain from reviewing it.  I'd appreciate it.  Cause its just a training level  for 56kers) Its just something incorporating some of the learning curve with the Lithtech AI.  The actual Exosuit_arena map was something I was working on,  just as an Update was released by FOX making exosuits available in all levels, which sort of made this map/level moot.  So, architecturally, its a minimalist approach. I threw in some props and lights to give it some detail,  but...(i think you get my point).  
 
GAMEPLAY:

Do not kill other marines. This is an SP level doing a very basic attempt at DM skirmish.  Its not attempting to be bots. Its just 5-10 minutes of haphazard carnage in the AvP2 world.  There is an upper and lower level.  and the various areas,  just incorporate different AI play tactics. 

Keep moving.  Some of the corporate AI have homing missiles so if you stay still you'll get locked. Alien will attack whatever they lock on to first.  Some will target you the player  others will be attacking your teammates. Try to help keep your team alive.  You don't have to stay with them,  and they wont necessarily follw you around. 

Note:  The exosuit in SP are a one way deal.  You can put it on,  but you can't get out of it until your dead. Just a quirk with the code.  And the lifts are only accessible from the bottom.  They're a means of egress  from the basement.

This map, might play a little rough on slower machines,  though the problems are haphazard.  any Bug Reports,  comments, misc, would be appreciated.  email modmakerdesign@aol.com Give it a chance to load.  As usual try to hide somewhere for a the first few seconds.  It helps start things up.
